Privacy, in plain English.
Short version: you tell us about your kitchen so we can quote it. That’s all we use it for.
What we collect
The quote form doesn’t send anything from this website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your own email app with your details written out (your name, phone number, town, optional email and notes, and your answers about the kitchen). Nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself. If you call, text or WhatsApp, we get your number and whatever you send.
What we do with it
- Get back to you about your kitchen.
- Plan and quote the job, and schedule the visit and install.
- Keep a record of the work we did for you.
We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
How it gets to us
Through WhatsApp or email, the same way any message to Sol would. This website doesn’t store what you type into the form.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Changing or deleting your information
Want us to update or delete what you sent? Call, text or WhatsApp Sol at (917) 213-2744, or email [email protected], and we’ll take care of it.
